Platinum Consultant

Two ways to qualify at Platinum (and above) Ranks
Consultants have two methods to qualify for pin rank as well as maintain pay rank for Platinum's and above.

A. Qualification for Platinum and higher pin ranks based on front-line pin positions
• Develop and retain three first-level Golds (or above) or six first-level Silvers (or above).
For example, a Diamond requires three front-line Platinum's or six front-line Golds and so on.

B. Qualification for Platinum and higher pin ranks based on Volume and Downline rank requirements
This approach requires achievement of a minimum business volume within 6 levels of uncompressed leadership of which at least half (50%) of this minimum volume must come from legs other than the primary leg.

Volume Requirement
Nikken will evaluate the entire PGV volume of six uncompressed leadership levels of the Wellness Consultant's organisation. The Primary Leg will be identified as that leg of the structure that contains the highest aggregate PGV. To attain the pin rank, a Consultant must achieve the minimum total PGV for that rank's organisation, of which the Non-Primary Legs must contribute at least the minimum shown.

Six levels of leadership (uncompressed)

For example, to achieve the pin rank of Diamond, a Consultant must have at least 175,000 PGV in six uncompressed levels of leadership and of that amount, at least 87,500 must be contributed by Non-Primary legs. The non-primary leg volume is a minimum figure, not a percentage. So as the Diamond's structure continues to grow, the non-Primary Legs still only need to provide 87,500 PGV, not 50% of the total.

Rank Requirement
For Platinum acheivement under this alternative approach, the Consultant must, in addition to the volume requirement, develop three legs with a qualified Gold or six legs with a qualified Silver anywhere in the six uncompressed levels of leadership. For Diamond, three Platinum's or six Golds would be required. On satisfying both of these requirements, the Consultant will advance to their new rank.
Payment at the new rank will be calculated to maximise benefit to the Consultant. The preferred calculation route is according to the volume/rank requirements described above. However if the six-level total volume, non-primary leg volume or Downline ranks are insufficient, the front-line leadership ranks and qualified legs will also be checked (as previously) to see if payment at pin rank is possible.
So Consultants in leadership positions have two ways in which to qualify for payment at pin rank. Should neither method achieve qualification, the process will be repeated for the rank below.
