How to Qualify:
Two ways to qualify at Silver Rank!

A. Qualification in 1 month 20,000 PGV
1. Achieve 20,000 PGV in one volume month.
2. Personally sponsor three Seniors (or above) Consultants.
3. *Attend Humans Being More.
4. *Complete Nikken Wellness Home Certification before the end of the month in which you achieve Silver rank qualification. This requirement is recognised retrospectively.

B. Qualification within 4 rolling months 25,000 PGV
This option is available for those Consultants who want to plan their Silver rank qualification over a period of time. This approach allows qualification at Silver rank within a minimum of two and a maximum of four consecutive months.

1. Achieve a minimum of 25,000 PGV, with a monthly volume of no less than 3,000 PGV during the qualification period, including the final month.
2. Personally sponsor four frontline Seniors or higher rank with a total of at least eight (8) Seniors in the personal group of which at least four (4) must advance to Senior rank within the qualifying period.
3. *Attend Humans Being More.
4. *Complete Nikken Wellness Home Certification before the end of the month in which you achieve Silver rank qualification. This requirement is recognised retrospectively.
5. Be PV qualified (a minimum of 100 PV) each month during the qualification period.
*These requirements (3 & 4 under both A and B) may be satisfied prior to or during the qualifying period.

Special Note: Silver By-Pass Rule
When a sponsor is advancing to Silver and has a downline Consultant that qualifies (through either option) to become Silver before them, then the Sponsor has the following calendar month to complete the requirements for Silver through one of the following options:

1. Achieve the 20,000 PGV requirements and develop the necessary structure of the
20,000 PGV/ one month option.
2. Achieve the 25,000 PGV requirements, counting PGV in the following calendar month, PLUS up to THREE consecutive previous months including the month the downline Consultant qualified at Silver rank, and develop the necessary organisation structure of the 25,000 PGV/ four month option.
3. Personally sponsor four frontline Seniors or higher rank with a total of at least eight Seniors in the personal group of which at least four (4) must advance to Senior rank within the qualifying period. Sponsoring can be prior to or within the qualifying period. The sponsor must have been PV qualified in each of the previous three months to count the group’s PGV.

Note: If these requirements are not fulfilled in the following month, the new Silver moves up to the next Silver or above upline and cannot be recovered by the former sponsor.

Ongoing Monthly Qualification Requirements
• 100 PV.
• 2,000 PGV each month to be eligible for Leadership Bonus
